Whether you're a natural book lover, occasional reader or you almost never/ never read a book, spend a few minutes reading today.

1. Read with your loved ones and share your favourite book with them. To make it fun, you can read your favourite chapter, quotes or lines aloud from a book you've read as you enjoy that on a snack or food.
You could also talk about your favourite character, what you liked about them and how they inspire you am sure this will make it more interesting.

2. You can visit the library and take advantage of some free resources you can place your hands on today.
Don't have a book in mind, no worries get into the library and ask the librarian for recommendations in line with your preferences.
You don't even have a book preference? The librarian or a friend can point you to fantastic collection of a whole new genre.
3. You can host a reading book party.
4. You can donate books to children
5. Share your favourite quotes from a book on social media.
6. Give some book recommendation to people.
7. You can also share some new words learnt from books you've read.

There are so many ways to be involved you just have to be creative.

HOW YOU CAN BUILD A READING HABIT

If reading it aloud to your kids or friends, make it easier and fun, do it.
If it's eating while reading, get a snack while you read. Be creative.

Spend some time on a good book and see the impact of reading.
