NATIONAL SPA WEEK
National spa week is started on the 9th of November to end 15th November. The aim of the National Spa Week is to help raise awareness of the benefits of regular spa to individual’s mental, emotional and physical body.
This event will also help spa businesses to advertise their business from the various types of services they offer to the valuable benefits individuals will get from these services.

First what is a Spa? A Spa is a commercial establishment offering health and beauty treatment through such means as steams baths, exercise equipment, and massage. It is a mineral spring considered to have health giving properties.

1. It promotes a better sleep: I know we all want that which will enhance our sleep and help promote our wellbeing. Someone like me who struggles with sleep will sure love this.
2. Relieves body pain and aches: A relaxing massage is a great way to relieve your body from general aches which are sometimes caused by the mattress we sleep on, exercise, sitting position at home or work.
3. Aids in de-stressing: Allowing you to wind down and relax from stressors. It makes you more focused and be productive in your daily work.
4. Helps anti-age: Yes you heard right. Facials actually stimulates the cells of your skin and hydrates the skin therefore preventing wrinkles from developing.
5. Supports weight loss: Deep tissue massage helps burn fat deposits/break down and the treatment helps open pores which removes toxins from the body.
